Make patients feel like family by knowing their preferences and providing lifetime care. Expand and enhance functionality to support a touchless patient experience from Mychart self scheduling, to precheck in, to Kiosk/Hello patient check in. Data on patient utilization of each piece of functionality and discussion around operationalizing in our daily patient interactions.
OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY: INSURANCE CREDIT AND PAYMENT AUTOMATION
